The 20 factory of China Shipbuilding Scientific Research Center has been engaged in the R&D and manufacturing of glass wool and rock mineral wool production lines since 1986. It has participated in the equipment design and manufacturing of more than 50 production lines in China. It is currently the largest glass wool and rock mineral in China. The cotton equipment manufacturing base is the vice-chairman unit of China's "Strategic Alliance for Technical Innovation of Construction Mineral Wool Industry".
Since 2009, rock wool production line equipment has accounted for more than 90% of the national high-end mineral wool production lines. The equipment is sold in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Guangzhou, Hebei, Shandong, Shanxi and other regions. My priority is "energy saving and emission reduction". According to domestic working conditions, the production line equipment is suitable for different fuels (natural gas, petroleum gas, water gas, heavy oil, etc.), and can be used for product production. The production line adopts advanced waste gas, waste water and waste residue treatment technology to ensure that waste discharge during the production process meets national standards.
In recent years, our firm has been actively developing international cooperation. In 2008, we exported the entire rock and mineral wool production line to Turkey. The equipment has passed the European Union’s CE certification, and the products comply with international standards. It is China’s entire domestic production line equipment and technology that has entered the international market. The good demonstration of the company has opened up a good prospect for the export of the entire production line of China’s insulation and sound insulation material.
