Research Results

Theoretical Research
We established 2-D and 3-D theoretical analysis methods and programs of ship wave load, calculation and analysis system of ship direct design, design and calculation method of strength and stability of underwater structure, low cycle fatigue life evaluation method, limit bearing capacity prediction method and corresponding safety standard system, and developed nonlinear buckling and limit bearing capacity analysis program of plate and shell structure, pressure structure optimization design program and propeller blade strength calculation program.
 
Testing Technology
We attaches great importance to the development and research of testing technology, and forms the technology and operation rules for sticking and sealing strain gauges in various harsh environments (such as high temperature, high pressure, humidity and seawater erosion), and are capable of real-time measurement of marine environmental information (seawater pressure, temperature, conductivity, salinity, density, sound speed and other parameters) and real-time safety monitoring and judgment during the test process.
 
Model Test Research
We have the ability to design, process and test the ship structure model, and have successively completed the measurement of the strain and displacement of more than 100 welding models and precision turning models, providing a reliable test basis for product design.
 
Ship Trial Test
We have completed more than 100 real-time stress and displacement tests of military and civilian ships, large pressure vessels and other products. We have a strong field test team, advanced test instruments and test data processing ability, and have formed a complete data acquisition, real-time processing and control standard.
