The first ISO/TC8/SC13/WG1 meeting was successfully held in Hangzhou on 17^th September 2015, this meeting was hosted by China, and total of seven experts (China and Japan) attended it. Mr. Ye Cong, the director of Department of Underwater Engineering from CSSRC attended the meeting and made a speech.

    During the meeting, the proposal of the international standard of《The stress test method of submersible pressure structure》raised by the Chinese delegation had attached great importance to the participants, and had received the unanimous support between the two countries. In the following, the WG1 would promote the work of voting and setting- up of the international standard of《The stress test method of submersible pressure structure》as well as other proposal work of  international standards in the field of submersible.
