On November 9, 7 CSSRC successfully held the 11^th Workshop on Roll Motion of Ships & Offshore Structures, WRMSOS-11, 2019. 33 experts and scholars attended the workshop and made 16 academic reports.

The workshop focused on the non-linear large roll phenomenon caused by the instability of the ship in the wave and the current viscous flow method, potential flow method and viscous potential coupling method, and focused on the CFD prediction method and standard process of roll damping which are concerned in the world. All participating units gave positive affirmation to the success of the workshop and its academic significance, and gave positive appreciation to the openness of our academic work and the academic level of young scientific and technological workers.
