On May 10, the design and construction of the 150-passenger catamaran sightseeing cruise ship (comfort type) project, undertaken by Wuxi Dongfang High-Performance-Ship Engineering Co., LTD., affiliated to CSSRC, has been officially started, and the ship is expected to be delivered in March 2021. The cruise ship is a new generation of multi-functional tourism flagship specially built for Qingdao, which integrates business reception and leisure sightseeing, and it is rich in fashion, creativity, technology and intelligence.

With a total length of 35.43 meters and a width of 10.10 meters, the catamaran sightseeing cruise ship can carry 150 passengers and has complete independent intellectual property rights. The exterior design of the ship combines the fashionable and transparent elements of modern life with the flexible elements of the water leisure as the main theme, which integrates the landmark buildings of Qingdao, and it fully shows the natural and cultural characteristics of Qingdao.
