"Taihu Laboratory of Deep-sea Technology and Science" is referred to as Taihu Laboratory. It is an important instruction of China State Shipbuilding Corporation, Jiangsu Province, and Wuxi City to thoroughly implement the innovation-driven development strategy of the Party Central Committee, the major deployment of building a maritime power, and the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping to build a national laboratory. Aiming at the national deep-sea frontier field strategic needs and local development needs, with the goal of establishing a national strategic force in deep-sea technology and science, and building a national laboratory, the innovation carrier for the overall implementation of major strategic tasks. As a new type of scientific research institution, Taihu Laboratory focuses on five research directions of deep-sea equipment overall performance technology, deep-sea delivery technology, deep-sea information technology, deep-sea operation technology, and deep-sea test technology in accordance with the requirements of “four aspects”, and develops deep-sea technology. Field strategic, forward-looking, basic major scientific issues and key core technology research work.
The China Ship Scientific Research Center and the Deep-sea Technology Science Taihu Laboratory have gathered the largest, most comprehensive, and most comprehensive scientific facilities in China's deep-sea technology and science, creating a unique innovation platform. At the same time, China Ship Scientific Research Center is one of the first post-doctoral research mobile stations established by the State Council in 1985. Recruitment conditions:
(1) Abide by the Constitution of the People's Republic of China and relevant laws and regulations, adhere to the scientific spirit, strictly observe the integrity of scientific research, and be free from academic misconduct.
(2) Excellent both in character and learning, physical and mental health, with good development potential.
(3) Obtaining a full-time doctorate degree in related majors from well-known domestic and foreign universities/research institutions shall not exceed three years or will obtain a full-time doctoral degree in the next two years, generally under the age of 35.
(4) Professional direction: including but not limited to information and communication engineering, control science and engineering, power engineering and engineering thermophysics, mechanics, ship and ocean engineering, materials science and engineering, computer science and technology, operations research and cybernetics, Instrument science and technology, port, coastal and offshore engineering, etc.
(5) After entering the station, relying on various scientific and technological tasks in the laboratory to engage in post-doctoral research full-time.
Enrollment category:
Recruitment types are divided into full-time postdoctoral fellows and in-service postdoctoral fellows. The postdoctoral recruitment in 2021 will be mainly full-time postdoctoral fellows.
On-site period:
The post-doctorate's on-site time is generally 24 months.
Salary for full-time postdoctoral fellows:
(1) Provide competitive and sustainable remuneration packages and incorporate them into the full-time employee welfare system. Pay social insurance and housing provident fund for full-time postdoctoral fellows. During the full-time postdoctoral employment period, an agreement salary system is adopted. The agreement salary consists of two parts: the basic annual salary and the performance during the employment period, which will be paid in full by the Taihu Laboratory for two years. Employment period performance is issued based on the results of the employment period assessment.
(2) The basic annual salary of 200,000 yuan is paid monthly.
(3) The performance of the employment period is issued based on the evaluation of the employment period. The amount of performance that is qualified and above is 80 to 300,000.
(4) Three-year free doctor's apartment or five-year unit rental subsidy.
(5) Support the application of various national, provincial and local post-doctoral talent projects, and grantees can enjoy personal benefits in accordance with relevant regulations. Obtain scientific research achievements during the station and enjoy scientific research achievements rewards in accordance with the regulations of the unit.
(6) Participate in the qualification review for professional and technical positions in accordance with the relevant regulations on the evaluation and appointment of professional and technical positions during the station. At the expiration of the expiration date, the outstanding candidates can be hired as scientific research personnel of Taihu Laboratory with priority, and enjoy a settlement allowance of 200,000 to 300,000.
(7) According to the Wuxi Xiyin Project, post-doctoral students can enjoy a one-time "house purchase subsidy" of 300,000 yuan for the first home; and a "rental subsidy" of 20,000 yuan per year for a period of 2 years.
